Recruitment of one person at the level of Project Research Associate (IT) for performing the following in CIPS:

Key Roles and Responsibilities / Job Profile	Manage daily operations of the IT department Maintaining and Designing websites Operating Systems Management Developing applications for the projects as and when required. Creating and monitoring multiple domains. Extend the capabilities of the CMS using PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, leading to more flexibility in design choices. Managing social media accounts of the organization. Video editing/uploading on CIPS YouTube channel. Undertaking publicity work, preparation of brochures & designing work IT System Audit, review and assessment Preserves IT assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures. Cyber Security Fix bugs, troubleshoot and resolve problems Internet of things Google Analytics Miscellaneous works
Candidate Profile	The ideal candidate should essentially possess: – Age – Preferably not more than 32 years but can be considered up to 35 years Good oral and written communication skills Must be a good team player as well individual contributor Able to manage existing applications Able to organize work with proper tracking and closing out tasks
Essential Experience	Proficient in MS Office, C, C++, PHP, MySQL, HTML, Python, CSS, JavaScript, PHP framework (CodeIgniter), CMS like Word Press In Government/Private organisations Conducting online trainings/video conferences Experience – Minimum 2 Years Proficient in the latest technology for IT systems and management. Proven track record of maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting computers, peripherals, and software. Project Manager Experience is preferred.
Essential Qualifications	Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer / Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering / Post Graduate Degree in Master of Computer Applications / Computer Management / System Management
Desirable Qualifications	Willingness to travel Willingness to Work at odd hours especially on holidays as and when required
Selection Process	The CIPS may at its discretion conduct written test/interview/other skill tests, as appropriate
Remuneration	Initially about Rs.40,000/- (consolidated all-inclusive monthly remuneration, inclusive of taxes)
Nature of Appointment	Contractual for a period of 3 months (initially) No automatic extension would be given Performance would be evaluated and in case work is found to be satisfactory, will be engaged again for a certain period
